Engaging our youth in meaningful ways is a major part of our Temple Beth-El community.  We provide engaging social activities for students to spend time together in and outside of Religious School.

TBE Teens Night (Grades 8-12)
Students in Grades 8-12 are invited to come on Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. for TBE Teens Night. Starting with dinner, students will have the chance to engage with peers and learn skills that will enhance their daily lives through a Jewish lens.  Students in Grade 10 will prepare for their Confirmation during this time.

L'Taken Social Justice Seminar (Grades 10-12)
Students in Grades 10-12 will travel to Washington D.C, January 31 - February 3, 2025, to learn about social justice concerns through a Jewish lens with the URJ's Religious Action Center.  The experience culminates with a trip to Capitol Hill to lobbying some of our elected officials.  The cost is $500. Scholarship is available.  Space is limited.

PROVTY (Grades 8-12)
Temple Beth-El’s High School Youth Group, led by teens for teens in Grades 8-12
provides a venue for Jewish teens to meet and develop friendships in a Jewish setting.

NFTY Northeast (Grades 9-12)
