While the temperatures outside are rising, things are finally cooling down at the Temple Beth-El offices. It has been a hectic and successful year, and I find myself looking forward to this quieter time to reflect on the year past and plan for the future. It feels especially important this year. I'm grateful for the time and space this summer to prepare for next year.
Be sure to join us for our Shabbat Under the Stars services (as well as our regular Kabbalat Shabbat and Torah study experiences) throughout the summer months—keep an eye on the calendar for timing.
This will be the last official “Shabbat message” (though you will still receive a Friday email with the weekend’s worship schedule), and our Tuesday “What’s Happening” emails will be on pause until we get closer to the fall.
I hope you all enjoy your summer, wherever it may take you.
