Wednesday, April 22, 2020 4:00 PM Tikkun Olam Through Vegetable Gardening with Sam Zwetchkenbaum Learn about Temple Beth-El's vegetable garden at Fox Point Park, including what crops are grown and where they are donated. Sam Zwetchkenbaum learned to love growing vegetables from both his grandfather in Washington, D.C. and his Uncle Max in Taunton, who had an amazing garden, which he loved sharing with his community. During Sam’s years in Michigan, he volunteered to help care for his congregation’s garden there, so he was very excited to see that TBE has a garden plot here in Providence. He has been involved for the last three years and looks forward to encouraging more people get growing!
