In consideration of the subscription of others and other obligations to be incurred based upon pledges received, I, we, or either of us, jointly and severally, hereby promise to pay to the order of Temple Beth-El, based on the conditions specified below, the following:

DONOR RESTRICTIONS

I/We make this gift to the Temple Beth-El campaign to secure our future upon understanding that the fund shall be retained by the Temple as a permanent endowment subject to the following conditions:
1. Annual expenditures from the fund's average market value over the preceding three calendar years; and
2. Expenditures from the endowment shall be made for the support of clergy and senior staff salaries, safety, security, and related expenses.
3. Naming opportunities and other donor recognition activities are subject to fulfillment of pledges.
