Delving into the major sages and scholars who have influenced the practice of Judaism as it has changed over time. From generation to generation, the Jewish people have encountered challenges, questions, and dilemmas. How have Rashi and the Rambam, Rav Kook and the Baal Shem Tov (among others) changed the way we understand our bible.

Gadi Ben-Dov was born in the US, raised in a kibbutz in the Galilee, and now lives in the center of Israel. Gadi became a licensed tour guide after finishing his IDF service as an officer and traveling the world. His love of the land, and especially the people of Israel have given him insights into this country that he shares with every visitor. Gadi's ability to make connections is at the core of his guiding. Gadi works with families, groups, and individual travelers from every background and from every place around the world. ​

Amy Ben-Dov immigrated from the US and has a background in informal education with 25 years of experience as a tour guide and educator. Amy defines and designs the content and programming that are the backbone of our programs. Her ability to speak to our clients, understand their interests, and customize an unforgettable Israel experience allows Amy to share her love of the land of Israel and its people with each person. ​

Gadi and Amy created Ben-Dov Israel Travel to bring their love of Israel to every visitor that comes. They have been married for nearly 15 years and are the parents of two fantastic children, and a rambunctious dog.
