Brotherhood Yom HaShoah Candles

Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, is observed as Israel's day of commemoration on the 27th of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar. This date marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. The concept of lighting a  special yellow yahrtzeit candle was developed in the late 1970s and expanded via men's clubs including MRJ (Men of Reform Judaism). More information will appear on our main webpage as it gets closer.
