Ushers

Ushers are present at each Friday night Shabbat service and during all the High Holy Days’ services, and at certain special events that draw significant attendance. Ushers help maintain an orderly flow of congregants as they enter and leave the synagogue, and help create and maintain an ambience of quiet, calm and reflective repose for all who enter the synagogue’s Norman and Rosalie Fain Sanctuary. They also welcome new members, visitors or others who may be less familiar with the rituals of our synagogue.
