Joining Our Temple
Temple Beth-El is a vibrant Reform congregation located on the East Side of Providence. We encourage you to visit us for us for a Shabbat service to discover what we’re about.
We offer religious education from pre-school through grade 12, adult enrichment opportunities as well as a wide variety of programs for very young families through seniors. Interfaith families are welcome.
Members pay annual support (dues) to support the temple. The basic level of support for the current year is $1975. The amount is the same for an individual, family or senior. However, membership is never denied to persons who cannot afford some or all of the basic level of support. Contact Judy L. A Premium Support Program is membership support in excess of the basic level of support. The program exists to ensure that Temple Beth-El can continue to welcome and serve families and individuals who cannot afford basic dues. Premium Support Categories are:
- Pillars - $18,000
- Guardians - $10,000
- Rabbi’s Circle - $5,000
- Chai Circle - $3600
- President’s Circle - $2800
- Sustainer’s Circle - $2450
